Forest fires have been part of our region's ecology forever, and climate change has amplified their frequency and intensity. It's not a matter of "IF" fire threatens our homes, but "WHEN."

Although there are no guarantees of fire-proof landscapes, conscientious design and maintenance are critical to help reduce the probability of damage and destruction.*
